Mountains

A paragon of majestic beauty with snow capped crown,
Exhibiting nobleness with your magnitude.
Mysterious in morning mist,
Vivacious with setting sun,
Inspiring a painter’s passion,
A vision to be captured.
With eerie silence you beckon to be conquered,
Yet unrelenting to those who dare to try,
Refusing to summit gracefully,
Demanding reverence from man and beast.
Having no equal in Gods creation,
You soar above the clouds paying homage to the creator.
