January's Recipe

WCCOA Cauliflower Salad

Serves ten
1/2 cup servings

Ingredients
2 pounds - Cauliflower
1/4 cup - Peanuts
1/3 cup - Dried Cranberries
1 1/3 cups - Light Mayo
1/4 cup - Sugar

Directions
Mix mayo and sugar until smooth. Add cauliflower, peanuts, and dried cranberries. Refrigerate and serve.
